Have you had her bile levels tested? Dogs with liver problems often act "weird" after eating such as hiding and straring, they are also prone to have poor coats and some are aggressive.
I would have her levels checked just to be sure she does not have any liver issues...we had a dog in our recue with a shunt and he was similiar to what you are describing and now that he had his shunt fixed he is no longer aggressive, staring, anti-social and his coat is growing in nicely...
