My little ones often get grazed paw pads as they are just so tiny and delicate...it usually happens on tarred roads and pavements...in a day or two at the most it will heal and you can take him out again....try some antiseptic cream...but he will probably lick it off...just stop him licking the cut bit everytime you catch him...it will grow back. Try making a sock to go over it when he goes out for peepee !
If it doesn't heal or starts oozing....seek Vet advice...but it should be ok.
You could also bath it in salty water or water with a bit of antiseptic...he may flich, but it will clean the wound...most likely he got torn on a sharp stone. If this happens a lot...try booties...and they are great for sharp snow !!!
