... well we have a small Yorkie and a kid and it could not be better .... as a mater of fact we (the adults) hurt our Puppy (by accident - Hubby dropped something and Maya ate it) and not my child .....
There best Friends and in MY opinion .... if you 'train' the kids right there wont be an issue with the dog ....
EDIT: My piont in this is ... accidents can happen to Adults as much as kids ....
