I have switched puppies around with different mommas on a number of occasions and I have never had a problem. Most momma's will happily accept a new baby. It would probably be a wise thing to do. Did the vet have any idea's as to why the momma's could not deliver naturally? It seems the size of the puppies was not to big. I know this has been stressful on you. I hope you get some much needed rest.
