Hi! I was also going to suggest volunteering! You will be amazed at how great you feel afterwards...helping others is a great way to get to know others and give you something different to do. Volunteer at the local animal shelter or nursing home. I used to go to a nursing home once a week and just painted fingernails of the little old ladies there. They loved it and i was so blessed hearing all their stories of their lives. I think i got more out of it than they did.
Join an exercise group, plant a garden, listen to talk radio so you won't feel alone.
You are young and have so many possibilities. If you do a variety of things during the week, you are less likely to get bored.
If there is a vet or animal shelter near by, offer to walk the dogs or help clean cages. They could always use extra hands for that.
If you like little children, you could volunteer for Vacation Bible School or the YMCA. Volunteer at your local hospital.
Join a Bible Study Group...you will meet some amazing people at those and will become life long friends.
Good luck sweetie! I hope you find what you are looking for....life is too short to be bored IMO.
God will bless you when you give of yourself!!
