I'm so sorry you are facing this with Phoebe. I hope she can have surgery and her sight will be restored. There is something called an Angel Vest for blind dogs that keeps them from running into things. This is the site
angelvest. I will definitely get one of these vests if I ever have to deal with a blind dog.
