from what I have read... its the hair by their eyes that you have to get it cute all the time or else it pokes them in the eyes, and makes them cry... so I dont think you should cut by the eyes... but you can cut the face...
jmho but there are TONS of yorkies that have that hair cut by their eyes... so either way little one will be ok...
