This is very serious. We experienced the same thing with our puppy. She needs to see a vet as soon as possible. It sounds like she may be having seizures. My puppy would foam at the mouth, bend her neck back, squeal and then take off running. I've read the running after the seizure is because they get a gas pain. She also had them one after the other for a few days. My vet prescribe potassium bromide to help control the seizures. You need to feed her every couple of hours as well as give Nutra-Cal. It took a couple of weeks for the seizures to stop and for my puppies personality and energy to return. Your puppy is very fragile right now but she can get better.
