I have insurance but I haven't yet had to make a claim so I am hoping that if/when I ever do I don't get screwed. The insurance I got on Tetley is through CAA - the Canadian equivalent of AAA.

I got insurance on him from the very beginning so they can't claim pre-existing on me.

After the thousands I spent on my last dog, I think the insurance is worth it unless you get screwed around.
