I haven't read through every post yet so forgive me if this has been addressed already. Heart is considered a muscle meat for animals. I feed beef heart almost every day for my 5 dogs. Trust me, it it were organ meat, we would be spending each day, all day outside with runny poop! They love it! Well, one of the Yorkies is still acquiring a taste for it.
