Take treats outside with you and call her back to you and give her a treat. It will teach her to come and also stop her from barking. Loki was REALLY bad about this (he still is, but we manage it better) and now if I see someone coming and he is about to bark or starts to bark I just yell "TREAT" and he turns around and runs right to me. Sometimes he barks on his way back into the house, but that's Loki...
