Ugh! So 2 years ago the city informed us that they would be "purchasing" my mom and grandma's home to widen the road. Since then they have regularly told them that they will be making an offer soon (within the next month or two). The offer still hasn't come. So far they have sent out 3 different appraisers. The whole process is sooo stressful for my grandma especially as she is not looking forward to moving out of a home she's live in for 45 years.

Anyway if anybody has any experience with eminent domain and the negotiation process, I would love to speak with you through PM and get any advise you care to share. TIA!
