Well I swear by TheraFlu but you have to catch it when it first starts and will wipe it right out. I also love the chinese Hot N Sour Soup if you know a good place that really uses the spices and it will open you up if you have a stopped up head or helps with a sore throat. That's the best one I know of and it usually works for me. Hope you get feeling better.
