http://scoe10x.com It works great at getting out the smell, but not so great on the stains. It got out cat pee smell out of my carpet using it. Be sure to buy a lot if you have a large area to cover. One small bottle makes a 3/4-1 gallon of solution. Be sure to buy the needle injector bottle to get down to the pad to treat it as well.
