Phoebe is beautiful!!! I am sorry, I know it is painful and hurts your heart to see her lose functions. Have faith that she will continue to do well. I have a Bichon who just turned 14 and he lost his sight completely almost 1 1/2 years ago, and he has been diabetic over 2 years now and on 2x insulin shots as well. He just recently began to lose his hearing as well. It is hard to watch them lose their sight, but they adapt very well! Bailey (my boy) learned to use his nose very well to get around! I don't change things around in the house much, if I do, I work with him for a couple days to let him know what is different, and he adapts quickly.
