I have probably been stressing a bit too much over the whole thing, it's just because she's so little..my vet reassured me that all will go well and that it's not the size of the animal thats the risk.. its all down to the person administering the anaesthesia..it's something i have put off for a while (pixie is 13 months old) I know that this all will be the best for Pixie later in life..no more seasons, no more risk of mammary cancer or Pyometra..and getting her baby teeth pulled will mean keeping her teeth clean will be alot easier...so fingers crossed if she has a long & healthy life she will hopefully NEVER have to be put under an anaesthetic again...well thats the plan anyway!
