I would feel so bad if he was traumatized after his first groomer session. He was so young and I left him on his own for a short time. And now reliving the whole thing. I could go back and punch that guy...actually it was the groomer son who bathed him and he even said afterwards that he is not experienced...but being the dope that I am I never connected an experience that would scar him. I am very cautious with who I take both of them to..vets, groomers and anyone else. They are never out of my sight unless it is an emergency...and this is for many years now. I guess something about that vet appointment didn't instill too much trust in me either....sometimes instinct is just there.
