Perhaps, when jumping up, he banged his tooth on your hand making the
blood. I would check his mouth. If the bleeding stopped and he's ok now
I would think that is what happened. Or if your wearing a ring
he could have gotten a cut from it when jumping up and pulling
the toy from you hand. |
