I was just outside with my Yorkie(he's a 13lber so he's not tiny) and I was basically wavying his duck toy at him and he jumped up and grabbed it but when my hand waved it was like it snagged and then he wouldn't play and he kept acting like he was eating something and licking and so I looked and his gums are bleeding i instantly took him inside and gave him some water and he drank it and he's stopp constantly licking but should I take him to the vet? He even ate his food.
