My rescue Gabby is a true terrier. She digs her little life away. I've tried to stop her from doing this but she still does it. She can dig a huge hole in 10 secs, thank goodness I am always outside with them. All you see are little pot holes every where
I tell everyone watch your step. Also my entire house is fenced in so she goes to the front and digs holes too.
