There seems to be lots of different opinions, but most people who do believe in docking think it should be done no later than 3-4 days. Docking is done not just because it's standard, but because Yorkies have a very thin tail that can easily be broken, causing a great deal of pain. Taylor seems a little old to be giving birth.
