I forgot to mention: on my harness vest that I make, I use thick lining fabric and I sew not only the insides but I also do an extra stitch around the outer edges of the harness so they will uphold to being washed over and over. I also use a thick piece of fabric to reinforce the d-ring and I use d-rings that are cast nickel so they do not have the slit and CAN NOT come off. Safety first!! My goal is to make high quality functional clothing that is also fashionable
