I don't know who it is, they have never shown her with anyone else.
However she did receive a phone call at the end of yesterday's show and she said to whomever was on the other end of the line: "I don't do booty calls anymore."
She already knew she was pregnant before the whole incident with Cane being drunk and waking up with her. Nothing has ever happened between them before then. She is just going to pin it on him.
