The only one I would recommened is in Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County.

They do not cage animals. I know the owner and she has been in business
for many years. I live far away from these people but did use them once.
They cut Buddy's face too short for me and ticked me off but they do
have a good business and I never heard anything bad about them.
Like most groomer's they didn't listen so if you do use them be very
specific in what you want. There are a couple groomer's groomng at the
same time. Very busy place. It's great because your pet is not put into
a cage to wait.
