My opinion is that it is possible that she could have came in heat but not likely that the puppy bred her. She may acting the way she is because she is probably getting ready to come in heat. My suggestion to you and anyone else with unspayed females is to check them regularly for signs of a heat cycle. We are seeing way too many accidental breedings that are putting puppy's and momma's lives at risk. I would never leave a male with a female that is in heat. Breedings should be well planned and supervised.
