I had a neighbor that had a german short hair that had the same issue, and the vet said she had inner ear infection

But the neck sounds logical
There is no way that your dog fell off something while you were not watching
they are like kids they have accidents with and without us
I would demand the vet to find an answer or go for a second opinion |
