I can't stop myself from posting. I wish there was a process and regualtions that people had to go through before they breed a dog. The humane society's are putting to sleep thousands of dogs every year in every city. I do not have the mind of a breeder. I cannot fathom rehoming a retired female to make room in my program. I could never do that, and I don't understand it. I do not have the mind of a breeder, but thats a whole other topic. I feel that if there was a complex process you were REQUIRED to go through before breeding, there would be less bad breeding.
