I wish I could say I have one but we suffer here too and have tried all but Atopica. Before I resorted to that I want to try a more natural way also.. I have poured ACV (diluted with water)to the final rinse at bath time. and I have found some relief with that and I have also tried baking soda mixed with water as a final rinse and that seems to help sometimes.. The search goes on. Here's a web site to look at.

Oh and I read a post here for using Gold bond powder, I found that helped a little also and she would at least stop biting and licking for a while.
