I have no idea how to tell if it is serious or what will have to be done.
It might need to be cleaned, so I wouldn't be surprised if they had to put her under but I can't say for sure.
I wonder why the vet used glue instead of stitches.
It isn't unheard of but evidentally glue doesn't hold very well.
