It might have been a neurological issue but it is a good sign that she is better.
There is a small chance that she was experience hepatic encephalopathy.
That is when the toxins that aren't being filtered by the liver properly affect the brain. This happens often if the pup has liver shunt. She should be bile acid tested.
Since this is the first you've seen of it, maybe it was just one of those strange happenings but it sounds too serious to just happen once. Can you get to the vet today? It could've been hypo like another poster said but had she ever had that before?
