My Standard Poodle wouldn't look at me one time (a few years ago) and I knew something was wrong...I took her to the vet and told the vet she was broken. She went through all her body parts and when she got to her neck she kind of screamed. She concluded that she had a stiff neck so she gave me some muscle relaxers and within 24 hours she was back to normal. She said that they are like us and sometimes they can sleep on it wrong, which must have been the case. Hopefully it is just something like that. Good luck.
