I think you should see another vet since this vet doesn't seem to know what is happening. You may want to seek out a group of vet specialists in your area as soon as you can.

Someone mentioned injection site or any vaccines - have your checked to see that all is ok in the area of the site if given around the neck?

Is he eating and drinking ok?

He may have injured himself without you seeing it. Does he jump off furniture, etc.

I hope you will be able to get a 2nd opinion very soon. I will keep your little one in my thoughts that all will be well soon.
