My puppy was born on 3/3 too!... Suzi and Buff share the same birthday... how cute. But to reply to the post, Buffalo is really happy and wiggles if someone if holding him so that he can greet the newcomer. Even on walks he wants to kiss everyone and be held... he is quite the lover.
