Tobey is a year and a half. We have Always tried to discourage any barking with the spray bottle and can shaking method in the house, but when I let him out he barks at the neighbors through the fence. Haha! I can just picture you going after him in the backyard with the spray bottle, and the neighbours snickering! lol (no offence - it's just a little funny!). Sounds like something I would do, because I agree constant barking is annoying. I wish my neighbours would be courteous enough to at least "try" and stop their dog from barking! My boyfriend works midnights and has to sleep during the day, and sometimes he uses ear plugs cause you can still hear their dog barking even with the windows closed!
