Wow, $14 sounds great to me, I pay $30-40 for just sanitary trim which includes everything you mentioned minus the bow/bandana. 2-3 hours is about the average time we have experienced also. Plus being your pups 1st time they might be wanting to work on her in small sessions to get her used to it.
