2-3 hours sound ok to me. They won't work on your pup for that long but it is hard to really know how long you will spend on each dog until you actually start working with him depending on coat condition, the dog temper etc... So they book extra time for each dogs.
And $14 is great!
In Toronto they charge 30-40 for the same service!. And we pay $50-70 for full haircut ( on yorkies.. for big dog $$
)
