Our friends have a huge garden and she cans and pickles alot of the veggies for the winter. Zuchini relish is really good I bet you can google a great recipe for it, so is zuchini bread. (jeesh I sound like Bubba in Forest Gump! Shrimp creole, boiled shrimp, baked shrimp..) Sorry feeling silly today..the heat is getting to me
They also have an apple orchard with 16 or so trees so in the fall we eat apple pie, apple crumble, apple sauce, baked apples...thank god I have a horse and she eats A LOT of those apples
