you can cut up squash and freeze it in freezer bags.....also you can cut okra up the say way.......and green beans can be frozen.........you can blanch your tomatoes and put them in freezer bags to use in soups.....hope some of this helps......we have squash coming out our ears right now...lol....and grrenbeans galore....
