That's probably a backyard breeder. Reputable breeders keep Yorkie puppies until they are 12 weeks old and don't advertise in places like that. The price is also byb pricing. They are not AKC, either, but ACA, one of the "alternative" registries.
I'd stick with the YTCA as recommended. The breeders there can also refer you to other reputable breeders.
