I have been searching for a good food for them and have contacted several companies (that were recommended to me here) for samples. I have been feeling them Yorkie dry also.
They seem to like both of these products. From what I am seeing here.. the Wellness is the best for Yorkies? Or the NV raw? |
It depends on the person recommending the food.
Raw feeders usually do NV raw or a prey model diet.
Homecookers homecook.
Grain free feeders go with Evo or I think Wellness Core.
People who feed kibble with moderate amounts of protein go with Canidae, Wellness, Solid Gold, Innova, Natual Balance, Merrick...

Because I strongly oppose the use of garlic in dog food, I would probably go with Solid Gold but neither food would be my first choice. If you are going to feed a food with garlic, Ellie's nutritionists recommends checking RBCs or finding a different food.
