Is it ok to use news papers as peepads and do the same scenario? Max is having problems holding his peepers.. When he runs around the house he goes where ever but in his crate he only goes on the newspapers.
We want him to go outside but its hard as we live on 12th floor so its only sometimes he actually goes outside.
