I don't think there is one right answer for all dogs but here is a starting place:
Corona is rarely, if ever, a good vaccine to give. Most vet schools don't recommend it. It is a noncore vaccine and I would not give it.
Lepto is rarely necessary but if the dog gets the disease, it can be very serious. This one is probably the hardest call because Yorkie pups have died from this vaccine in particular. It is dangerous to them and doesn't cover all strains and needs to be boosted often but again the disease is very bad. Lepto is found near slow moving water and livestock quite a bit (from rodent urine), so it is just one of those things where you will have to google and decide what you think is best or just trust your vet (but way too many give it for no good reason). I would not give it before 16 weeks because it suppresses the immune system. If lepto isn't a big problem in your state I wouldn't even think of giving it. In fact, some breeders put "no lepto vaccine" in their puppy care papers.
Bordatella is necessary for grooming or boarding usually. I do not like and do not recommend it but somethimes there is no way around it. Dogs have gotten kennel cough from the intranasal vaccine but it is supposedly milder, so either way your pup could get kennel cough.
I would give parvo, distemper and hepatitis as puppy shots.
Wait as long as you can to give rabies.
One vaccine every week or two is probably best.
Never give rabies with any other vaccine because of the high reaction rate.
It is best not to give lepto with other vaccines.
Two companies sell singles for lepto that I know of.
I would go with Pfizer over Fort Dodge because I like the company better (so far).
DHPP is usually given as a combo which would be hard to avoid but it would be good to separate them. Very few vets would go along with this though. Because every vaccine requires an immune response, giving too many at once may negate immunity.
Does that help?
