Pitbulls can be dangerous in the wrong hands. Seems like too many asses own them and don't know how to or just don't train them correctly.
When we had ours many moons ago...they played with any and all animals. They were were wary of dogs that were bigger than they were. They were trained and taught to be friendly and gentle with everyone. They did take notice if they thought someone was hurting us. We always joked that if someone broke into our house ours would show them where the jewelery and stuff were for a belly rub.
