First of all, LOVE your new policy, lol!

Secondly, is this woman nuts?

If I went to visit a puppy that just sat there and didn't move, I'm sorry, but I would probably think that something was wrong with the dog. Puppies are SUPPOSED to be playful and full of energy - don't most people know this?

For example, I've seen a puppy that didn't play around or hardly even move at all and the poor thing had Parvo - not good. They are supposed to be happy and playful. That woman DOES need a stuffed animal, geez
