Exactly. If you do a bit of googling on the history of Yorkies, you will come up with enough documentation to fill volumes that they were in fact bred as hunting dogs. I am sure that many Yorkies served other purposes as well. Your "trainer" sounds like he needs some training himself - in human relations.
