The chances are that they will not fall out... Most of our babies here had their baby teeth removed while under for the spay/neuter.. My suggestion would be to go ahead and get it done together, that way your pup will not have to go under anethesia more times than nessecary.. Roxi was spayed at 6 month, and she was 2.6lbs and had 16 teeth pulled.
In the meantime until your puppy is 6 months, I would just try to make sure that you keep his teeth clean, as food does tend to get stuck in between the rows..
