Default 2 rows of front teeth

Well, I've been hearing about the adult teeth coming in and the possibility of baby teeth retention, and now I know what it looks like. I just noticed that Bernie has a new set of front teeth. What do I do now? I know that I should have the baby teeth extracted when he goes in for nuetering...but in the mean time what do I do? He's been ready for neutering for about 1 month (at 6 mo old) but I've been holding off until his teeth come in. I guess the new ones are the ones that aren't in line with the others. Should I wait until he get a lot more in and see if these fall out?
