Not unless he isn't eating his regular food. Is he eating ok? You may also want to feed him part soft food for awhile if he isn't eating his regular food. You can watch him while he is eating to see if he is having any problems trying to eat. You can also add a little water to the dry to soften it if he is having a problem chewing it.
