I agree, they are paid to do a job that apparently their hearts are not in. She is left out all night. Apparantly a neighbor told the dog warden that she is taken in and out all day. He's says maybe I shouldn't drive by the same time every day...
I don't but whatever. I'm still fighting. I don't have alot of money, sadly otherwise I would write the check for whatever it took to bring her home. My hubby jokes about stealing her...if it wasn't illegal I would!
