Rocky was doing that for a while, not consistently, but it would be for a couple days in a row, then maybe he wouldn't do it for about a month, then start up again. It wasn't food though, just stomach acid. The vet had me give him some liquid benedryl in the morning and at night, I think she said it could've been from sinuses (I know with people that when your sinuses drain it can cause you to be sick and vomit in the morning too) so after doing that for about 3 weeks, and that was in the spring time, he hasn't done it sense..knock on wood. I hope it's nothing serious with your baby, maybe she's just eating too late at night?
